Belsimpel Zwolle

I traveled to Zwolle just to buy a phone in Mediamarkt because they told me they have it but when I arrived there they didn't. After being dissapointed there I went to Belsimpel and they did have it. The lady spoke very good English and was very helpful with everything.

Not so happy. Ordered a Galaxy watch. Was hoping for a free BT Headset, because Samsung had a promotion. No luck. Belsimpel is buying their goods outside the Netherlands and therefore no free headset. When asking for a solution, only thing i got was: You can return it if you like, unless it hasn't been warn. This review doesn't in particulair apply to the Zwolle shop, it's in general! After giving 1 star, Belsimpel contacted me. They were not happy that i wasn't happy, they would like to fix it. They gave me a free BLT headset, a bit cheaper then 50€ but it was the idea that counts, therefore an upgrade to 3 stars.

Adequate service.

I don't that the founders thought about this when they started Belsimpel.
