My beautiful cassette deck AKAI GX75 Mk2 had tape transport problems. I couldn't put my finger on it myself. Replacing an idler wheel did not produce the desired and expected result. On to Hanze hifi. On the site they pride themselves on knowing the addresses where to get parts. I wanted to see that. The employees were willing to take the time for an explanation and a price agreement. Friendly and with humor. Clearly enthusiasts. After a few days I got a call that the device was fixed. And yes, it works fine again. And now this machine is significantly better than any other marketplace device. It wasn't cheap, but labor is expensive. Money well spent.

Very nice shop and a very pleasant owner. Definitely a must to visit for your hi-fi products.
