They are incorrectly taking bicycles with them. They only do what they want. Completely unfair system. If several bicycles are parked neatly in a row, they leave them. If your bicycle is removed from the rack by someone, your bicycle will be removed. In addition, the € 15 is not in proportion to the inconvenience. Parents with children who have to walk to Zwolle South after their weekend trip away late in the evening is still crazy. In addition, the opening times are not at all convenient if you just work. State clearly where and where not. Not a few extra pawns where it apparently is allowed.

My bicycle was neatly parked in the bicycle rack, notably behind a tree, so that it could not be a hindrance to pedestrians. When viewing the photos, even one employee agreed with me that I don't have to pay 15 euros for this. "Why did you remove this?" he asked his colleague. "No idea, but we also removed the bike that is next to it, so we cannot make an exception." Absolutely worthless argument. In addition, the 4-hour time limit to remove the bicycle is hopeless for people with an 8-hour working day like me. Swiping your bike legally, nonsense if you ask me. 15 peak pay for my own bike. I.p.v. place more bike racks encouraging you to place your bike properly, they take it with you in the middle of the day without warning.
