Somerwende is a place where you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee (wrong, no Latte or Cappucino) or a cup of (in this case, mint to be picked). You could also take a delicious slice of local spice cake or another cake. Very well maintained all with covered seats outside the house where you can place your order, which is then brought to you by the people there and the nicest people. Toilet is also very neat, with even a baby care provided. In short, a very pleasant stop which you should not miss !!

Super friendly staff. It is easy to find, price and quality is great. We had a wonderful 2 hours canoe on the battle! In between a nice swim and then a delicious cup of coffee.

Delicious cup of coffee with a filled cake and a nice chat with the owner. The Somerwende is located in a beautiful spot near the ferry over the fight. All family members work in this wonderful company. Restaurant in the restored part, tuk-tuk and canoe, rental and soon home-grown tea etc. In short, a must during a cycling or walking tour or just popping in and visiting.

A great place to rest, have a cup of gingerbread and enjoy the cozy and friendly owners, the geese, the view, and each other.

Lovely people, beautiful place, and had a lot of fun with the Tuk Tuk through the Vechtdal 👍😀.
