What a wonderful service at this bicycle shop! We had a wonderful holiday in the area of Hardenberg. Mbt for the whole family. On arrival, one of my hydraulic disc brakes is leaking oil. That's not good of course. Uk thought to go out new nipples. Called several before I came to Slot. A young guy, himself very enthusiastic about MTB and asks if he shouldn't have a look first. He immediately recognizes my bike and parts, tells about his own bike and starts looking diligently for tools. Talking before, he tightens the bolts all just a bit tighter than I dared myself and then says: that's how it works again! Known problem when the closure gets a bit drier. Just try like that.
When asked what it cost, the answer was: nothing of course, you bought nothing! That is part of the service!
2 days later my bicycle pump broke. I bought it here!

Rented a nice bike for a day for a very decent price, friendly people.
We helped when we rented e-bikes for a day at this bike shop. They take their time for you. Saddle was changed, child seats were installed and a bicycle bag was also installed to get rid of the luggage in the backpacks. The bicycles themselves cannot be faulted either. Had a great cycling day, thanks 👍
