For the past 2 years tried to conclude a glossy plan. But unfortunately this was not successful due to poor communication and unclear terms and conditions of gloss guarantee. Until now I have a quotation without all the conditions attached. After a chaotic phone call with a lady who had to answer my questions while driving, all additional conditions would be sent. Already months ago, but haven't received anything yet. The painter also visited for some reasons. to measure for insulating glass, but I never heard anything about this either. If I want to conclude a contract for 10 years, I naturally expect that communication goes well and the conditions are clear. So not a gloss guarantee for me.
