It is that I can give no less than 1 but what a rotten shop says. I have several private and business subscriptions at T-mobile and I always got along very well with a manager who unfortunately no longer works there. However, I went to the store today with a problem that I can't do much about myself. I have lost both my ID and my driving license and have reported this and applied for a new one at the municipality. However, due to the corona crisis, it can take a very long time before I have a replacement. It may take me until September to report this to me. So I wanted to cancel a subscription and indicated that I am having a problem with boys and explained the story. They didn't even bother to think along and appealed yes we really need an id. Yes I get it and in a normal situation I would not blame them, but these are crazy times so please think along. So they did not do this. So I ask you can you call your headquarters and maybe that said what could mean for me. They don't want this, they don't even bother to help you and keep hiding behind rules. Also, one of the sellers suddenly came up with the comment of. Mister you must respect us and our guidelines. I respect you as a person and also for your work and also for the guidelines, but at this time there must be exceptions to be made. So that whole comment made no sense. Fortunately, afterwards I found someone at T-mobile who could help me (got a manager through customer service anyway). He understood the situation and was able to help me. Look I understand that you can not bypass rules in your shop because you may not rank high enough but to not even bother calling a manager at T-mobile I find downright customer unfriendly and especially if you also is going to make sure that I don't respect them. The T-mobile shop in Hardenberg gets a 1 and they should never have hired this manager, let alone the smart employee. You could do something with the previous manager. T-mobile itself gets a 5 with this issue. However, I have to mention that I got a sour taste in the mouth from this shop and scratch my ears if I still stay at T-mobile because my business subscriptions are also there. The network is top notch and although customer service is now getting a 5 with this issue, it is still missing there. Maybe it's because everyone is fed up with Covid-19. In any case, I agree, but to be helped so laxly is no excuse for that.
