Do not recommend anyone to buy a bike here. Bought an electric bike, nothing like problems. 10 months later and then you're out with a bike that doesn't work! And even daring to ask for money. Kept on the line for 10 months, by the owner who does not keep appointments, does not return e-mails or is suddenly no longer present. Staff must discuss everything with him. Treated outrageously. So folks be warned. You have lost your bike for more than months for a repair, and nobody knows what it's like! Never no Herbers again !!

Not a good experience, I have the feeling that my bike has not even been looked at and they just guess what it could be! And then order the part, and after a long wait get your bike back as you brought it. You don't get along with it, enough others around.
