Travelbags Hardenberg

When it comes to service, you can't expect much from Travelbags. I have since bought 5 expensive travel bags, including the Delsey brand, which were delivered at the time. Below I had bought a super large travel bag that I had only used twice. Now a seam tore open spontaneously, which according to Travelbags has never been good. But to my great dismay, the warranty period had just expired and Travelbags and / or Delsey did not want to deal with this for recovery. I find it short through the bend if something just falls outside the warranty period then the warranty total expires. In principle, this is purely a manufacturing fault that was revealed just outside the warranty period. As a company, one could also have suggested a leniency solution or referred it to a repairer or something of that nature. All in all I find the warranty service far below the arrow. The employee in question was on the telephone very correctly. Whether I will buy a travel bag or suitcase from now on is something I doubt very much.
