after a lot of things went wrong in assembling the kitchen, it was finally sorted out. Many doors, panels have been renewed and other parts replaced. Satisfied in the end. Too bad it had to take so long, 5 months. you still get the feeling that it will not work out. Tulip could give some attention to that. Mistakes are made everywhere but fix them quickly. that should be fine for a company that claims to produce everything in its own factory.
The floor damaged by the mechanic has also been beautifully repaired.
After we indicated that we expected a small gift (bunch of flowers on the new counter top), we received a generous gift in the form of a dinner voucher of € 100 (could also be a voucher) We go out for dinner and forget with that all frustration's. That all ends well
Great homegrown kitchens, 100% Dutch, including the equipment.
When the kitchen was delivered, it turned out that several parts were missing and the worktop was cut at the wrong angle. A mistake could be made, but the after-time service was also very bad.
Update Oct 18 (7 months after purchase): The communication problems are still there. I would like you to respond to the multiple emails I have sent you.
