Good food for a good price, but vague delivery. Today I thought I would order home delivery with my girlfriend. I wanted a pizza, and she a Turkish pizza with chicken shawarma on it. We also ordered an xxl frikandel to get the 15 euros for which you have to order at least. So we got the food in, and the delivery guy just handed it over and I gave him the money and she thanked you. Then he left without saying a word. Then we found out that we had not received our xxl frikandel. Here we had really called right after, but the probably delivery guy on the phone seemed like he knew what we were talking about when we said we didn't get the frikandel. (He had left barely a minute ago). This can of course also have happened by accident, but it seems a bit intentional. Furthermore, after 20 minutes we finally got our xxl frikandel (luckily still warm). Even then, the delivery person said little. (No apology or anything). The food was good even though the pizza was very greasy and the Turkish pizza was rolled up badly. Fine food for a low price, but I don't think the service is very good.

Initially a mistake via home delivery. Pizza was without any additional ingredients, but was delivered without effort or discussion. Pizza was also very tasty. Highly recommended.
