Bought my bike about 2 years ago at Bike Totaal in Rijssen. It was a bit of a drive, but they still had the frame in the desired color and size and other equipment and wheels were negotiable for a reasonable price. Afterwards needed a number of contact / service, once for changing the stem and seatpost, ordering frame-specific cover rubbers for Etap and another time for a warranty case. In all cases neatly helped (remotely), although it sometimes took a few days because of the busyness in the store, which is completely understandable. In those cases, however, this was always communicated in a friendly manner in advance and not simply dismissed. Very satisfied and in particular Peter Bloemendal who takes care of the communication (telephone / email) himself. I may not be their best customer (but bought something once), but I am satisfied.
