Visserijgriend

I found it a bit disappointing. Area is nice but there was a lot of waste along the waterfront. Got more feeling of a rubbish dump instead of a unique nature reserve.

Very beautiful nature reserve in all seasons with deck paths and a beautiful view of the Oude Maas.

Nice place for a walk.

Beautiful piece of nature, with nice hiking trails through the pilot whale. Located in Hoogvliet along the Oude Maas. The Visserijgriend is managed by the Het Zuid-Hollandse Landschap foundation and the Hoogvliet district. The Visserijgriend is under the influence of the tide. The water level drops and rises here on average one and a half meters a day. Keep this in mind during your walk on the decking paths and quays.

Beautiful photogenic area that seamlessly merges into the beautifully landscaped Oedenvlietsepark.
