Paved parking lot with about 14 places. Free. No charging point. Here is one of the entrances but the Beninger Swallow. The other entrance is at the watchtower, on the east side of the area, on the Spui. There is only one route through the area and it runs over a dike. From here the walking dike runs at right angles to the winter dike. After about 600m and a bend to the left, then you come across the towing ferry and a little further you could reach a steel birdwatching hut. Then continue over the dike and over a bridge at the Spui you come to the watchtower. Now you can either go back on the same path or continue on the cycle path. Total 4.5km. At the parking lot is a pond with a gangway over it. To test your balance. There are more gangways over the dike that go through a swamp and over ditches. This round is about 500m, after which you can still walk the entire round. The small dike between the parking lot and the bird hide is NOT accessible, it is part of the protected bird area.
