I give this place a 3 stars for the amenities but even though we went on a thursday morning it was just too crowded for us. There were too many naked bodies to navigate around and waiting for a spot to sit/ lie for a sauna doesnt add to a relaxing and quiet time. May be in the summer when the gardens are accessible it would be better. Staff are friendly and facilities clean.
Very nice Spa. Modern and clean. Not to big and not to small. Loved the heated benches for scrub/massage.
The service was wonderful. The food was delicious and served within 20-30 minutes and there were a lot of sauna choices to choose from!
Great way to spend an afternoon. Lots of different options. There is a pool outside and multiple different saunas. There is also an indoor facility with medium size pool which enables you to swim outside. There are also multiple saunas inside as well.
There is a restaurant which is nice and indoor and outdoor sitting. Clean and a nice atmosphere.
Staff is not trained or informed about their september offer (13 euros only available online...not mentioned on website) causing all confusion at desk. Waiting line not enough staff. Not the best experience - and still providing with plastic bags/bottles really???
