Last week asked if the wifi system can be looked at because it had an error message on it. I was standing in front of the entrance with a mechanic who examined the system, Mr. Bosboom came up and asked what the mechanic was doing? Mechanic said check Wifi. Mr. Cees says: "You don't have to do that!" Apparently Mr. Bosboom is afraid to provide some service. Without this comment I would of course have gone for a (paid) repair, but because of this comment I moved to a garage where a normal conversation is possible.

Yesterday I called Auto Lancker for the first time and got Cees on the phone (director) about a service for my Outlander. I was very kindly helped by Cees on the phone and was able to drop by immediately. And when I got to the desk, I was helped very well and quickly. My replacement transport was ready and the same day my car was already checked and called back to pick up my car. I come here for the first time and I would receive the invoice for my repair the next day (today) because Cees had to leave and in good faith I got my car and I had left my replacement transport behind. Today I neatly received my invoice and of course paid immediately and I had a number of questions and these were also quickly answered by email by John (Serv. Adv). I can recommend Auto Lancker to everyone. Everyone is knowledgeable and has a passion for the profession! Auto Lancker Team: Thank you again for your good care and help. You have a loyal customer. I am not going anywhere anymore as of today and I will bring my car to you annually for maintenance and will send all my network to you.
