On March 16, 2019 we purchased a Fiat Seicento at the Autohandel Honing. The MOT inspection of the car would expire in June 2019. Their website states that every car comes with a new MOT. So, when I asked about the MOT, they answered that this would be arranged. But because that day was Saturday, they asked us to come back another day for the MOT. However, we were also allowed to have the MOT checked elsewhere and the costs are for them. On Friday, March 22, 2019, I came back and said that I have already had the APK done at an independent APK company. The inspection showed that 4 defects were found. The car was rejected !! After this I drove directly to the Autohandel Honey. They had promised that the defects mentioned would be repaired and that we would get the car with a full year MOT. Also the wife of the owner of the Autohandel Honey brought me to the train station! She also promised to pick me up when I come to pick up the car. What a service! Today, March 26, 2019, I was back at the Car Trade Honey to pick up the car. The car was ready with a full year of MOT. Because I had bad experiences with garages, I have had my car tested at an independent MOT company since 4 years ago, so also with this purchase. Despite the car already being supplied with a full year MOT by the Autohandel Honey, I went to take my car to my own MOT company, an independent MOT company that has no garage and / or workshop and does not sell / purchase. In addition, I did not have to pay the re-examination if the re-inspection takes place within 5 working days. So, I have nothing to lose and it was only good. The owner also indicated that I could have it checked somewhere else after his MOT inspection. Yes ... my independent MOT company said the car was approved according to the RDW standards and regulations and I could just drive safely. The Autohandel Honing sent me another app as to whether the car was ok. That was a top after sale service! I have not made the Autohandel Honey easy and yet they remained super customer-friendly :-). My sincere apology for the unpleasant discussion and thank you very much for your great service. Car dealership Honey is super customer-friendly, super helpful, willing to think along with the wishes of the customer. They also earn a big 10 and I wish you good luck with your business.
