Nice quiet place, people were sweet

Took excellent care of us during a difficult time, thank you.
The next day our dog was going to receive a euthanasia injection and I called with some questions about the possibilities. The man I got on the line around 5.30 pm was not warm and understanding, I think he was even eating and drinking during the conversation. There was nothing possible, when I asked if the dog could be picked up he said: Noooooo lady, Corona hey, I have to protect my staff! I said there are mouth masks and 1.5 m distance for such situations, his answer again: No, you can bring until 6 pm. As if you are delivering some groceries. I was quickly done with it and called another crematorium where I was met with respect and empathy!
Whit Monday brought our cat JJ. Unfortunately already have to bring several animals there. As always, all the attention and compassion. From day 1 that they are open until nowadays never had a complaint about them. Great company with great people. Doesn't matter if you come with a bird or Great Dane. Equal respect for every animal.
