Very professional, i had a carpel tunnel operation and they exceeded my expectations. Only comment is the paper work is all in Dutch, no English version if you are an expat 😁

Very professional from receptionist upon entering, to consultation to appointment receptionist. Also, pleasant cafetaria area

* For a consultation I have to wait 3 months and one day before my appointment they cancelled my appointment (No email or text message). There is no cordination with Assistant and staff. First they let clients wait for so long and just on the day of appointment they cancel it by giving some reasons. Once again they made a new appointment and after 3 days some rude person from the office cancelled it. If they think a client is seeking for a second opinion then why they would make an appointment and let patient wait for months. I am sure if they are in other country they would have been sued. Though they have good doctors but some of the processes over there are really bad and cause lot of inconvinience for the clients. I explained all my case before I made an appointment and still they come up with new things.

It could be six stars, if the coffee machine did not produce such a extreme low quality coffee. With old school separate milk powder, ughh. Please replace that machine in line with the quality of this clinic. Because that is: Great logistics, great reception, excellent doctors and a very cosy environment. Does not give the idea of a hospital at all. Very service minded. Great explanations, almost a small college by the doctor about what is going on on the MRI images. All in all, therefore 5 stars!

I have been treated super rude. I got a call from the receptionist about 6 years ago. And went on a game of rant on the phone to me !! how I ended up at Bergman Clinic. I say through my doctor. Well she knew it all she was super annoyed. Waited 6 months for an interview and then you get a call to say that you are looking for another hospital. Then I have my nerve pain. I have really never been treated so badly. No respect for people of different origins. I am walking with a neurostimilator, which is why they do not want to operate on me. My hospital has been in contact with Bergman clinic that the surgery can be carried out as usual. With a neurostimilator. That has nothing to do with my hernia !!!! I am called after months that I have to look for another hospital. Disrespectful
