After the fire, Belfor was able to come a day later to clean and a few days later the walls and ceiling were painted. Nice contact, respond quickly. Nice, skilled craftsmen who work neatly. Very happy with a clean renovated house!

Up-date: the problem has been resolved. After writing this review, the Belfor sales department responded very quickly and very friendly. Solving the problem still took some doing, but luckily it has been solved. Belfor cleaned our stairwell after a fire in one of the apartments. This has been done quite carelessly, there are remnants of some kind of plastic 'cleaning stuff' all over our walls (which they used to remove the soot from the walls). After countless phone calls and e-mails, this has still not been removed 5 or almost 6 months after the fire.

It is that the VVE does business with them that I receive them the day after tomorrow, but do not like to get my hands dirty. Super unprofessional.

Obese company. I asked them if they wanted to come over, they couldn't immediately. I call off neatly and look for another company. What seems. They send me an invoice of 180 euros and the reason is '' urgent notification canceled on the way ''. So they literally did nothing and they still send an invoice, because I cancel it 5 minutes later.

They lie on the phone. Do not keep to the agreements and they are also very expensive. My advice: Find another company.
