Cozy place. Professional and very supportive staff. Optimal location. Good price!
The reception is a bit off. Seeing someone with a phone headset in their ears instead of talking to me doesn't really show me a positive attitude towards guests.
The room was clean and the shower was nice, although the temperature kept changing. It's ok, not special, just ok.
Long walk from the station but convenience and inexpensive.
The stay at joy hotel was only for 1 night however, their room was very large with tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was large with shampoo and conditioner. And the internet connection was quite good, enough to attach netflix to the TV. Very easy to get to and from Amsterdam using the Metro. Only a 3 minute walk from the station.
worst service EVER. I've been to many hotels and this is definitely my worst experience ever. I made a reservation and shortly after that I said I want to cancel this due to circumstances. the management of the hotel told me to fix this through booking.com and then get my money back, booking.com told me that the hotel does not give permission to return the money. This is really bizarre, at least I don't come here anymore
