We had our house painted in June 2012 and were then not satisfied with the front door. After consultation with Patrick, we have been waiting since July 2012 for a bad door to be painted over. Every time there is something different and he has no time or is sick. Last spring he promised to come because he was busy with the neighbors, exactly when we went on vacation. Since then he has no time again and does not show anything again. We must also always call. Sometimes he drives by 2-3 times a week. We think this is a very bad thing.
