1 star is still a star too much. The web site mentions low parking fares, but in the end we had to pay 20 euros more than expected. Apparently our stroll from the metro on the way back to the parking took too long... Great to find out all the extra rules (and that there are extra rules) when you have to pay, rather than in advance. This is NOT a P&R but a regular parking with P&R prices if you meet three pages of criteria (of course these criteria are only mentioned in hindsight). Some tourists in line in front of me also were highly surprised as they also had to pay 20+ euros on top of the metro tickets. Effectively over 4 euros an hour, prices you expect near the city centre but not in the far outskirts. Not to mention the additional 5 euros for the metro. I would advise anyone visiting Amsterdam by car to park in the north and to take the free ferry to the city centre. Or may be some other P&R's in Amsterdam are REAL P&R's without additional restrictions (= what you get is what you pay). But do not park here, unless you want to risk paying a lot more for a lot less.

This place was great, plenty of parking, my 2 day stay was reduced from €60 to €2!! Awesome! In order to get the same deal, heres what I did, get your parking ticket as you drive in, then head to the train station where you’ll need to get a train ticket pass for 2 days. Make sure to scan your ticket at every entrance and exit, take the train back to the stadium. When paying for the ticket, it will say €60 (assuming you stayed 2 days), don’t worry it will come down (scared me too!), then scan your train ticket on one of the readers and then the price will change to €2!! 🙌🏼

Unfriendly customer support! Talking aloud to the customers! The Metro card for several people only opens the metro gates for one person, every one should quickly get through the gate. If a second person uses the same card it will cancel the return way, the the card will become invalid! Metro staff don’t know how those cards work, so the support is limited, and p+r customer service is not helping. Hopefully someone reads this before going through what I experienced today!

Parking here is very convenient and cheap. It's easy to get to and everything is explained well. 1€ for 24h of parking, plus 5,50€ for a round-trip ticket for two into the city and back, is a very attractive price compared to the 25 to 30€ that the hotels charge for parking.

P+R tourist scam 120 Euro for 4 days, incredible. They offer to park max 4 days for 1 Euro per day, if you place car in special are and take GVB ticket and travel from Arena A to city and 4 days later from city to Arena A. I did try, but had at the end to pay 120 Euro, because GVB train didn`t travel to city because of construction building. GVB offer a rail replacement bus service, but forgot to setup ticket terminals. So the ticket terminal wrote wrong ticket and didn`t track the station. I did try to reclaim, with help of my google maps track and several evidence and arguments, but nothing happen at the end they don`t want to reclaim. They did ask for bank account and everything else data from me, but at the end it was only data collection from customer. Be careful if you try this offer. Two days later I did try again, but troubles again. I went again to GVB service point, their solution was to give a new ticket and I had to travel with the ticket from Arena A to city and back by train - really is this the GVB solution?
