MediaMarkt Amsterdam Arena

Count more then 40 minutes in to get help at the MediaMarkt/Tele2. Just walked in the MediaMarkt at 7.20 pm today to get a new tele2 contract and the advisor refused to even help me in 40 minutes. I knew precisely what contract I wanted but the phone sales representative couldn't be bothered with any details. Instead he kept referring to the 8 o'clock closing time. Really poor customer experience, it seems that MediaMarkt doesn't care about selling their products.

Generally good with large range, across the board of electrical goods and accessories. One annoying habit is of leaving good value products of display, without actually having the item in stock.

Placed an order online to be picked up in the store. Went to the store after receiving the delivery confirmation email. Had to wait more than half an hour in the queue where almost nobody keep the distance or use masks to be informed that my order would be delivered by post tomorrow. Now three days later they still didn't even give it for a delivery to PostNL. I won't be able to pick it up anymore because I'm going to be out of town. Hours wasted to resolve this situation over the phone with their customer support without any success. They cannot cancel the order, reorder it or do anything to solve their fckup.

VERY BAD SERVICE ! I bought a laptop 3 months ago and 2 weeks ago it was broken ! by the way i brought to media markt to fix it and they restore everything even that the problem was on C hard driver. They deleted all of my files in C and D driver and the problem was only an update in windows !

They have great service and electronics. But there is this woman at the clerk she is soo disrespectful, I think they should talk to her. Its a bad reputation for Mediamarkt. she has a light blond hair.
