Ajax is one of the most important clubs in the world. I loved the place.

When placing my order I could chose the delivery date, which i found very convenient. I placed my order on Sunday, and asked for it to be delivered on Wednesday same week. The website even says one day delivery. After placing my order, I received the order confirmation saying that I will receive the track & trace link once my order will be shipped. However, on the expected day of delivery I still didn't receive the email with the track and trace link. I called customer service and they only said that this is a very busy period for them and due to this it will take 3 additional working days to have it delivered. At this stage I can no longer change the delivery address. Also, I didn't receive any emails that my order will be delayed. I work with clients as well and I know it is sometimes so busy you can't meet the promised deadline. However, it is all about managing your clients' expectations. If you know there will be delays, make sure to communicate it to your customers in advance so they have a better idea when to expect their order. Be transparent towards your customers.

Very disapointing that the home jersey is only available in one size (L) in the midst of the season - at the Official Ajax Fanshop!! The neighbour (Perry sport) does have all sizes in stock. Even more disapointing that the Official Ajax Fanshop doesn't want to customize (name/#) Ajax shirts that aren't bought at their shop. Friendliness can be improved as well. You're the face of Ajax... smile, be friendly and make your fans happy :)

Located just next to the arena, I came by here with a group of tourists searching for souvenirs. Quite a big store with a variety of sport merchandises to choose from. Ranging from shoes, shirts, trousers, tumblers, socks, mugs, all are in a premium quality.

Separate the fan shop from the impressive stadium and you have one disappointing store. I am baffled by how this place functions with a single dressing room when catering to large audiences after a match. Regardless, the selection is abysmal being that Ajax are the premiere Eredivisie side. I was expecting so much more. The 2019-20 kit is gorgeous but the material/texture could be better. Service is fine but why are there so people working here but only one dressing room? Why outsource to Cambodian sweatshops for such boring and dull sportswear? When purchasing a brand new kit can't you give me a new one? Come on Ajax!
