Excellent facility with really helpful and friendly staff. We have just moved to the Netherlands and decided to take a furnished apartment, so we needed to store our goods. The staff at Hilversum we so helpful (and spoke perfect English). Could not have asked for a better team. The facility is clean and secure with great access and facilities - lifts , trolleys etc. Would certainly recommend and will use again.
The storage unit is easily accessible. Great service and very supportive staff. I can definitely recommend using Shurgard Self-Storage Hilversum.
I Forgot my keys and my code and was completely in panic....Thanks to Cheryl, thé situation was fixed perfectly! She was so kind by calling à key expert and solved thé problem while helping me with every step of the way. I can’t imagine à better outcome. I hope everyone who is looking to store their things in à self storage to do it in Shugard and most certainly in Hilversum!
Really clean space, the employees are very helpful in answering all the question and giving a tour on the storage facilities
