we used the mobile containers and I have to say, that was the nicest and easiest moving I have ever done. Great guys, that just come in front of your door and put all in carefully and with a great system. All of our 50sqm place fit into 15m3. Great service for the price and just a concept that works. I don't think there is any other comparable solution! Hope to move again, just because of you guys :)
The box is hard to access and hard to get an appointment without booking weeks and weeks in advance. The box is a wooden one with a heavy door and nobody is on-site to assist with anything, should it come up. The customer service is also virtually non existent, I was told multiple times they would call me back after “taking note” of my question, however I never once revived a return call to sort out any of the issues. Overall I would avoid this service and find a storage unit elsewhere.
I have received outstanding service from this company. Customer service replied to my emails promtly (also in English) and arranged the services I needed super quick. Driver and the moving help team were really nice and efficient as well. Boxx was a great choice to temporarily store my belongings during our renovation. Great service, good value for money! Thanks
