Following an email from me about watercolor pencils, I already received information by mail the next day. The order I subsequently placed contained an error on my part. I have been in contact with the sales ladies several times about this. Very customer-friendly and pleasant contact! I can therefore only highly recommend this company and its products! Also in terms of price.
