I was working with Shuttle Amsterdam during 4 days. Mustafa and his team were organizing 7 transfers for us. With big coach as well as 2 shuttles. That was a big group, that always hard to manage. But he did his work perfect! Always on time, always with the smile and positive attitude! That is highly client oriented company! I recommend it to everyone who need a great service. We used Shuttle Amsterdam upon arrival into AMS the morning of a cruise, and for the return from the cruise ship to back to the airport. We had 6 adults traveling with a lot of luggage. We had about 4 hours to kill when we arrived and we asked our driver to recommend some places we might want to see. He brought us to see some windmills and walk around a farming area that had little shops and displays - it was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. He was very knowledgeable about the area, prompt, personable - highly recommended. At the other end of the trip, when we disembarked from our cruise ship, the driver was prompt and quite friendly as well. He got us straight to the airport with no problems at all. The cost for this shuttle (in both directions) for 6 people was dramatically less than it would have been using the cruise ship transportation, and it was private and customized to our needs. Highly recommended!
