On 8/18 we bought a Fiat Panda machine here which was traded in by the first owner with 30,000 km on the clock. Car was always well maintained and the car was completely in order according to the seller. After a week the problems started, car got stuck in the middle of driving, started beeping and couldn't get out of its N where it automatically fired. After this happened 3 times, we took the car to a Fiat dealer to have it checked. This showed that the gearbox is broken, in addition, the maintenance turned out to be of such poor quality that a total of € 2,400 in extra costs had to be incurred to get the car in normal condition. According to the dealer, the car has never been checked for sale and should not have been sold in this condition. Blocking the car just like that due to the broken gearbox is dangerous, because this happens just like that while driving.

Fiat punto in view in this matter. Passed by and apparently a great car. Could not do a test drive because the green plates were not present, because of the trade-in of my old car waited 1 day with the decision. Called the next day with an offer, which had to be discussed 4 times. Each time, calls would be made back by fifteen minutes, which in the end would have to take half an hour each time. Finally as good as agreed on the price, after 2 hours of negotiations it still had to be seen whether the green plates were there, which again had to take fifteen minutes. This quarter of an hour has now lasted 1 hour and the sir does not answer when we call him. Worthless if you treat customers like that! Meanwhile made an appointment with another company for a test drive, which does well with its customers. Pretty disappointing.

I certainly cannot recommend this car dealer. I called 3x with this garage because I had seen a nice car, 2x I asked if the car was really available, because we had to drive an hour to Worgum. I received a positive answer 2x. Arriving there it soon became clear that we could not take a test drive because the green license plates were not present at all. In addition, the comment was made "hardly anyone here takes a test drive". The car also appeared to have visible damage, this was not specified while I asked about it, but the answer was that the car was with the "cleaning company" and that it was not yet known. Unfortunately, the damage was very clearly visible, even before the cleaning. It is a pity that you are not taken seriously as a customer.

We have bought a BMW here, very friendly help, and got good explanation on delivery, bought during a trade-in promotion. Has shown us the entire history of the car before we bought the car.

Good service, bought a Fiat 500 without warranty here, the light of the taillight no longer lights up, there appeared to be something more than just a light defect, solved free of charge 3 months after purchase.
