Perhaps okay for laundry, but do not trust them with your package. When I came to collect mine, there was someone there who spoke no Dutch or English and didn't want to give my package and said I needed to wait a couple of hours... Waste of time :( EDIT March21; seems to have improved! But still perhaps give them a ring before dropping by

Too bad. First time there and besides the impersonal or mostly rude way to offer service, they weighted my clothes and they were way heavier than in my weight at home (working properly)! almost the double, charging you accordingly. What a rip off! Not for privates nor students!

Today at exit S111 of the A10, almost pushed off the road by a great Oner employee! Go on the gas and push the car with license plate VL-750-P somewhere between where there is no space. If you guys are just as antisocial towards customers you will never see me there. 1 star is too much!
