I cannot judge the quality of the paintwork. But after the last painting season 2019 I am very dissatisfied with the communication and planning within the painting company A. Stoop in Noord Scharwoude. The “outside” painting job was always postponed by the company. With the end result that the job could no longer be done during the season. My experience is that the agreements made are not fulfilled and the communication leaves something to be desired. Actually, communication is nil from the painting company itself. My experience: I already requested a quote in February. The quotation issued is complete and clear. Fine ! The painter Arno personally came to hand over and explain them. Excellent service. Crystal clear as they profile themselves. The agreement was that the painter would contact him himself after the summer recess. In August I don't hear anything and I contacted myself. They will start in September, they say. Again time passes and I hear nothing. Have to contact yourself again. Job will be postponed to the end of September / October. Again no action by the painter. When I contact me again at the end of September / beginning of October, I am told that it will not work anymore this year. (At the very least, I expect you as a company to contact the customer yourself) The reason given is that a construction company had a lot of work for them and is also helping Stoop through the winter with their assignments, so apparently got priority. They profile themselves as specialized in private work. But I find this unfriendly as a private individual. As a private individual. put aside. Don't feel taken seriously by this. I find it very inconvenient and unprofessional not to contact the painter himself while postponing work. All the more when the work can no longer be done due to the end of the season. The planning of the activities apparently does not work within the company, while 2019 was certainly not the wrong summer. Unprofessional and not communicative.

A. Stoop Schilderwerken is a family business with father and son. The men understand their profession and want to take care of your painting to the last detail. In short, a top company with a top team!
