Restaurant Olijf

Lekker tapas restaurant. Sunny location in Spijkenisse. The good is decent and so are the cocktails! The service is also quite attentive and friendly.

Great food, it is worth it to take the two course tapas menu to really be surprised with some new flavors. If you take a three course menu then take the cheese option for the third course, the sweets option is a little lacking. If you don't like fish then specify this because otherwise you will guaranteed get at least three fish-based tapas. The seating is decent but if you sit outside ask for a device that keeps the flies away, because otherwise you may get swarmed. It'd be great if they would put them right when you sit down.

The food was really good. The waiters where really nice especially one guy that works there I think he might be the manager of the please but I don't know. I liked that it's a tapas restaurant. You can order a couple of dishes or choose them all with or without dessert. When you order the food comes pretty fast. I thought it might take ages and because I was so hungry I really appreciate the food even more than I already did. When they bring the food they put it on this mini table that's already on the table when you come in sort of what they do in a Chinese restaurant when they put your food on the heating thing but than It was made out of wood and just so that you would have more room on the table. When they bring the food they tell you wat the chef made for you. Oh and if you order the 2 or 3 course menu they ask you if you have any allergies which I think is pretty nice. The food tasted freshly made so it was really good. It's a really good place to go to.

It was great! Nice interior, nice people. But when it gets busy, it can get noisy.
