My favourite company to deal with. I love KLM. Always friendly, always joking, always happy. It just makes your journey more pleasant. Printing needed : on arrivals level Service Point. Anything is possible with them. Was 1 2 3 done. Straight off my phone. What a pleasure. Best Coffee still Starbucks.

Nice airport, quite empty, due to covid. Everything is in English, so it is easy to get around, they have a decent amount of lounges. Most of the shops are closed due to covid. There is a nice amount of walking to do in the airport, depending on your gate.

Airport is good but it's not having heaters like in Poland. It's expensive like 5.75euro per McDonald's burger if you eat chicken One meal is of 11-15 euro Staff is very good. If you have a layover than hotel now 14 Feb 2021 rate was 120-150 euro one room for two people. One more things McDonald's closes after 10 may be it can be due to covid

Long walks . The airline lounges are assigned numbers, without designations on the signs. Seems it would be easy to have the sign read Shengen lounge, KLM Lounge, international lounge, etc. The number system is sure confusing to anyone not "in the know". Maybe that's the point?

Plenty of power plugs for laptops and phones and free internet everywhere - unlimited - all in all very good experience.
