General practitioner Visser is fine, but the accessibility of the practice is sad. On Tuesday morning I find out that I have a wrong document from the doctor (no disaster, everyone makes mistakes - no rush). I call Dr. Visser's practice on Tuesday, October 13. I get a tape: THE PRACTICE HAS BEEN CLOSED TODAY due to the flu jab. Well, it would be nice if the band also reported on TOMORROW WE ARE CLOSE suckers too! but no, the practice likes SURPRISE MANAGEMENT (as I call it). I call the practice on Wednesday morning, October 14. I get a tape: THE PRACTICE HAS CLOSED TODAY! (> .. could you not have said yesterday that you are closed for two days in a row?) I call the practice on Thursday morning, October 15. I get a tape: THE PRACTICE HAS CLOSED THIS MORNING! In connection with administration- something-thing -..... from 11:30 you can call ... (and then you have to be quick because the lunch wristband will be on at noon ...) How will I summarize my experience? "If I need them I can be pretty sure I won't be able to reach them." If inaccessibility would be the goal, then Dr. Visser's practice gets a good 9.5 !! (Not ten because I sometimes manage to reach them!)

Nice employees. Top general practitioner. Especially Doctor Kamaran. Response quickly

Not a pleasant experience. It is not allowed to change GPs within the practice and there is no thinking about another solution. The assistants barely paid attention and did not ask why I wanted to switch.
