After having had a lesser experience a few times, I keep trying every now and then. Today I was there again and there is a girl of about 15/16 years old working at a snail's pace. A colleague comes from behind and asks if she should help and she doesn't have to and then sits down again. After waiting 15 minutes, I just walked away, because they clearly find it more important to take a break and then let the customer wait for 15 minutes. This is really the last time for me! Toodle
