Do not keep their agreements. Only with repeated calling, emailing and texting ... And by finally standing on their doorstep ... Is it possible to do this with 'we-normally-never-because-it-costs-us- very much effort to keep to the agreement made

They do not comply with the agreements. I would be called back, this did not happen. In the meantime, two weeks later, we have not heard anything. Not even after repeatedly sending a Whatsapp. In my opinion, these people do not take their customers seriously.

I offered this company an alfa romeo for scrapping when it appeared that during the MOT inspection the attachment of the shock absorbers had rotted through, the brake cups were leaking and the front suspension had much too much play. The company told me the car would be destroyed. Got 100 euros in compensation. What was my surprise? that the car was provided with a new MOT within 24 hours. So this organization is not fair and have no sense of responsibility because a rotten alpha at an obscure garage slide through the MOT and then sell it to a random person while the car in fact just cannot be safe because the repair to be performed really NEVER can be done within 24 hours and also costs more than the car is worth. I really hope that the people who buy it will not experience the rear axle collapsing from underneath because things have just rotted through. Find this very disappointing from this company
