The price -225 euros- for a pair of soles was no guarantee for Jessica to fulfill a verbal agreement with me. The story in short. Made an appointment for making insoles. Soles supplied. Jessica indicated that they cost 225 euros. Which I thought was a lot of money. She indicated that one or two follow-up consultations were included in the price. I wanted to pin. Jessica did not have an ATM and gave me the invoice on paper. It has been paid. Then I wanted to make a follow-up appointment, because I had already paid for that. At the time, she indicated that I could make an appointment through the Kapteijn shoe store. Not through Kaptein podiatry. Jessica herself was not on the phone. Appointment made through the shoe store. Jessica called back that this was not intended! And certainly not that she would schedule me for half an hour! After much insistence, I was able to arrive at the end of the afternoon days later. I had a cold and I sent the shoe store an email in good time with the cancellation - observing the corona regulations -.
