Professional and friendly electrician. Excellent help twice. Easily accessible, fast and inexpensive. No call out costs.
The first contact with mister was fine. The answer to the completed form had ended up in my spam, but the correspondence that followed was fast.
Mister would come by Monday as soon as he had time. He heard nothing all afternoon and finally came with the message (after I sent him a message myself) that he was already home and he was not going to succeed
Mister said he was going to try again on Wednesday. Meanwhile Wednesday and it turned out: Mister would not come again and if I had not sent another message myself, I would have been waiting for nothing for an entire afternoon.
Highly unprofessional and totally not customer friendly in his communication.
We had a wire burned out by an overload somewhere. Helped very well and quickly; explains well what the cause is, what the risks are and comes up with practical solutions to prevent breakage, if possible.
Saturday, December 5, all stops stop in our house and the man does not get them put back. HELP! (all poems also had to be printed ...)
On good luck Peter Nooij called and although it was Saturday, he came immediately. Within half an hour he had fixed everything, hung up a new lamp and for an unbelievably reasonable price. I am forever fan.
