Given the COVID situation, the hotel told me they will give me a full refund if I have to cancel the holiday. After I have cancelled the flight tickets, they stopped responding to emails and kept the money paid in advance. I definitely don't recommend this hotel which basically steals from their customers.

Very nice, funky rooms. The evening receptionist needs to learn a bit from the nice morning lady. By cycling parking is just a rack at the back but there is cameras and did feel pretty safe

Very helpful staff, great continental breakfast, five minutes from center of Harlem, 30 minute walk to national park in the dunes with fresh water lakes to swim in, zijl street directly opposite has good deal and pub and great vegan restaurant, van get.

Honestly was not excited about staying here at first, but I was wrong. The street view looks industrial and ordinary. However it is very comfortable, and neatly and well organized. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are great, and they have a bar with several Belgian beers available. Nice comfortable lounge area. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station and about 5 minutes to the old town area. The joking brewery is nearby as are several other good beer bars.
