Very interesting! Everything is so nicely displayed! I could stay for hours there and still be as amazed as I was when I first walked in. Recommended for sure!

I was here in 2008 and enjoyed my visit very much. The collection cannot be compared with prestigeous foreign collections, but the exceptional setting with its authentic feel of historical significance is more than just a compensation. It is a pity I cannot publish more pictures, but most got lost. Highly recommended museum!

Born and raised in Haarlem and I’ve never been here before. Always heard stories of how fantastic it was. At 52 it was time to go. Maybe it was because of the Covid-19 restrictions but it seems that everything I was told about was packed together (the technical stuff) in a few rooms and made place for paintings. As I said I’ve never been here before so no comparison to how it used to be except for stories I was told.

The museum is small but nice. The building itself is gorgeous. But the staff are tired and a little bit rude.
