Registration fee to be on the waiting list is mandatory, extremely long waiting times, no insight whatsoever into the place on the waiting list and no intermediate communication. In other words, as a parent you do not know at all where you stand with regard to the placement of your child. At many other out-of-school care locations in the immediate vicinity, this went a lot smoother / more pleasant / more efficient, without mandatory registration fees. Incidentally, it will undoubtedly be a good shelter once (after a year or more) you have managed to secure a place, just like the many other possible locations.
