Very bad first experience when trying to book a class. - First attempt: did not answer phone - did send email - no reply - called again Monday evening 17:40, very unhelpful Receptionist who said that her English was not very good (which is fair, I am still learning Dutch to conversation level) but she did not struggle to tell me that she was too busy to answer my question. Would strongly recommend to give more customer care training or provide more people to customer facing team members so they are not being exposed to so much pressure!! Very disappointing at first - but when called the week after I had a much better experience.

Good place to learn swimming and earn swim diplomas. My children have taken swim lessons in the US, but lacked practical skills like swimming fully clothed and without goggles. The "Turboles" is 3 weeks of daily swim lessons (3 hours/day), which is intense but effective. Great if you want to get your kid water safe in a short period of time. Teachers really care and pay close attention to detail.
