Indeed a very poor service. Purchased 5 for 6 wedges on a Tuesday. After wearing for 2 hours, the heel had collapsed, immediately returned with it the next day. It was taken into consideration, after 2 weeks of visiting and calling I was told nothing was done !! Ridiculous. Owner of a fashion accessories website and I really don't treat my customers like that! This was the last time I have been here. I don't understand that customers can be treated that way After an hour the owner is trying to speak to HERMAN, still not successful. It just depends increasingly on! THIS IS NOT NORMAL
