Bought cork floor here. They installed the cork flooring without making sure the surface is level. Now every time we go into the kitchen we have to step on a bouncy cork tile. When we spoke to the owner, he blamed it on the installation guy (we paid the owner for both the material and the work so the installation guy should be his sub-contractor) who then said it was the fault of the contractor for not leveling the floor. Whatever it is, they shirked their responsibilities for this poorly finished job. The skirting is also very badly done with no pride at all. Please stay away.
