I bought 2 TVs, a recorder and a Sonos bar here. I would be called on Friday to schedule an appointment for a mechanic to come along because the recorder was having problems now. Because there was not called at 4 pm I did that myself where the seller said: GO NOW TO BE DRAMING NOW! Stunning how far can you go in treating your customer rudely because I call to make an appointment, Apparently he assumed that I wanted someone to come by on Friday and then, something like that you never really say customer! After I told my neighbors and a few friends there was first disbelief that a salesman says something like that, but later it turned out that three people went to firm Andrea in Haarlem because of bad experiences with this company. With such a salesman you do not need any enemies anymore.
