I called to ask whether they are accepting new patients when the assistant started ranting about “how all these English speaking people even find this clinic” and started questioning me how I got their number. I will look for a non racist practice to register with.

I had a great experience! From warm friendly receptionist to great doctor! Bart van't Land made me feel comfortable and at ease!

Complaints are not taken seriously, calling back is a problem for them!

GP is okay, although she often has little knowledge of new things and then puts her answer as truth, the receptionist is very annoying. Does not give useful information and talk to you as if you were her neighbor. Refuses to do what you ask if she thinks she knows better. No ability to cooperate in conversations

I find Mrs. Thoolen very empathic and involved. Competent and customer friendly. I am happy with her
