We left this cold and unsympathetic practice after a really terrible experience. We as the whole family, including little children, were very sick, lying in bed, with difficulty even to reach the toilet and kitchen, kid was coughing for over a half an hour at a time without stopping for several nights. Then I got severe sinusitis with splitting head ache. They not only refused to pay a home visit (because we were unable to come), they refused to refer us to Corona or any other test or treat us in any way. They then even got annoyed with us (yes, we were sick for long and were calling them more than once) and became quite rude. The assistant is good, we never had problems with her in 4 years but the doctors disappointed us a big time :(

In Haarlem there is no longer a GP who is really involved and you are not a number. Unfortunately, that is no different here. Always looking at that pc again and knowing absolutely nothing about what you had last time / history .., no drawing connections between your complaints, your personal situation, etc. nothing new because they just do not learn that during their education. Knowledge is so limited, not just here in the regular. Unfortunately you sometimes need them for referrals or the like. Had hoped that as successors to practice, the rose would be different. Assistant is a nice person who is just normal and friendly. Also very important.

I think it's good general practice! Although I am not the person who often wants to go to the doctor, but sometimes I definitely have to. They listen well, give advice, help when needed and you take it seriously and that is so so important for a patient, so it gives a calm feeling. My mother also thinks the doctor is good and can make a good decision. I must also be honest, they are all, the doctors, assistant and other employee there I have seen there also nice with respect for all people. I have experienced that until now and hope that they can always stay that way. So I like to state my experience. Good luck!
