I have ordered a necklace that was supposed to be a gift on December 14th. They said it would take 5 to 7 business days, yet i am still waiting after more than 2 weeks (Today is December 31st). When i ask them, they are only able to give me a tracking number. To be honest I am quite disappointed, as I ordered in advanced for the Christmas Season.

The designs are beautiful but the material feels really cheap, it also came with only 1 pouch despite I ordered 2 necklaces and 1 pair of earrings. This is definitely not worth the price. Very disappointed with the products.

Received my package today, the delivery was really quick.BUT i ordert an initial bracelet and an earring, and one letter of the bracelet came already off after 3 hours of wearing, not a sign of good quality!!!! Unacceptable for 40€

I cannot praise this company enough! I was very apprehensive to order any items that had been advertised on Instagram, but I can wholeheartedly say it was a pleasure dealing with the team at By Nouck. Firstly the jewellery is beautiful, unique and well made, it arrived when stated and looks so lovely on. I have a few pieces, the initials necklace, jade beaded necklace and some solo earrings. Every time I wear them, I get comments on how nice they look. The customer service team are excellent, I had a couple of questions and also I damaged one of necklaces and the service I received was exceptional to say the least. I would not hesitate to recommend By Nouck to anyone as I know you’ll love the jewellery as much as I do.
