Very bad experiences with this company !! We brought our wedding clothes here at the end of last year. The stupidest thing we've ever been able to do. The clothing (dress and suit) came back full of stains and pieces. The company addressed this. He immediately pointed to the 'deductible' sign in order to get rid of the complaints .... Fortunately I knew that this sign had no legal significance. This also communicated. After some time I finally talked to the director, this promised recovery. Unfortunately it only got worse afterwards. Non-compliance with agreements, very unfriendly and unprofessional response, parts lost (cover) and so on. After the aforementioned still hope to come to a solution together, however, Slenders no longer gave home. The legal assistance that has since been involved also had a lot of trouble getting in touch with Slenders, since Slenders threw the '' horn on it '' several times as soon as he heard that it was about the aforementioned case. Slenders also turned out not to be affiliated with an umbrella organization that can handle complaints. As a result, they can do whatever they want and it is very difficult for consumers to come to a solution! In short, don't go there! In the meantime, many people have heard negative experiences at this company ...... Unfortunately, the complaint has not been solved to date ...

I am extremely satisfied with Slenders! A while ago I bought 2 unbelievably beautiful single-length skirts from Hollister. The first is a white skirt made of a fairly distinct fabric, which made it difficult for me to clean it myself. It is actually a bit too long, which means that the underside drags a little over the ground. Quite a shame with a white skirt ;-) Slenders dry cleaning has given the skirt an unbelievably beautiful white, great! In addition, the other skirt, blue of very thin fabric. Unfortunately, the bottom of this skirt had come between the spokes of my bike, so the entire bottom was covered with grease. Had already given up hope that this would still happen. But yes, Dryer Slenders has also cleaned this skirt as if it had never been worn. Highly recommended so !!
